We aim to process all orders placed before 12.00 pm ( within 48 h ) the next two working days and have them collected by our daily collection service by 17.00 pm . 

However that isn't always possible when there are unexpected issues with our Collections Services and Our Safety Policy . We thoroughly steam each and every item that you purchase from us to ensure that all products come to you thoroughly disinfected and absolutely safe so in busy times such as Sales or Special Promotions or when the volume of orders is quite high we might have to process and prepare your order for shipping beyond this deadline  even if that order came in before our daily cut off of 11.59am. 

We do not ship during Fridays Saturdays and Sundays . Your choice of postage whether its Standard or Express , reflects upon processing and shipping of your order . 

We ship daily from Monday to Thursday and our partners Royal Mail and Hermes aim to deliver six days a week from Monday to Saturday however that isn't always possible due to the recent safety changes and increase in demand for online orders due to the Covid19 Pandemic that we are going through as a country . 

In the event you have paid for Express Service and we haven't managed to provide this to you we will partially refund the shipping to match the price of the next available shipping service we matched your order to be delivered . 

If you are in need of specific shipping requirements such as Saturday Guaranteed Delivery for example contact us via phone and we will do our best to arrange this for you .

We use Royal Mail and Hermes and do ship from our Studio in Sawbridgeworth Hertfordshire , in rare occasions we might have to use UPS . 

In the unlikely event that Royal Mail or Hermes doesn't deliver in your area contact us and we will provide another solution tailored to you
